The template has a sneaky category inclusion in it, so that the sysop (''you!'') can simply go to [[: Category:Pages for deletion]] and see all the spam and junk neatly piled up. Then - '''''click''''' - '''''click''''' - '''''click''''' - delete it all in a few seconds.
